Talent Passport

One verified professional profile. Ready to share.

The ProInt Talent Passport is a portable, verifiable career credential. Candidates prove who they are and what they have done once — and employers can check it in seconds.

Digital credentials employers can trust

Candidate verification usually means weeks of emails, document copies and reference calls. The Talent Passport turns it into a link.

Verified skills

Skills on the passport carry their verification status, so employers can tell a claim from a checked credential.

Identity verification

Identity checks with consent, including DigiLocker, Aadhaar e-KYC, PAN and EPFO checks where the employer has enabled them.

Employment verification

Past employers confirm employment through a secure verification link — no more chasing references by email.

Revocable share links

Candidates create a link for each employer and can revoke it at any time; access stops immediately.

QR code & verification code

Anyone holding the code or QR can confirm on ProInt that the passport is genuine and current.

Candidate-owned and private

The candidate decides what is shared and with whom. Personal data is encrypted at rest and never published to search engines.

How the Talent Passport works

  1. 1

    Candidate builds it

Add skills, experience and documents in the free ProInt candidate portal, then complete identity and employment verification.

  2. 2

    Candidate shares it

Send a secure share link or show the QR code to an employer. Revoke the link whenever you like.

  3. 3

    Employer verifies it

The employer opens the link or scans the code and sees what has been verified — no account needed to check authenticity.

Benefits on both sides of the hire

For recruiters and employers

  • Cut manual credential and reference checks
  • Spot unverified claims before the offer stage
  • Keep verification evidence with the candidate record

For candidates and professionals

  • Verify once, reuse with every employer
  • Stand out with a verified digital CV
  • Stay in control of who sees your data

Talent Passport FAQ

What is the ProInt Talent Passport?

The Talent Passport is a candidate-owned digital professional profile that brings verified skills, identity, employment history and documents together in one place. Candidates share it with employers through a link or QR code, and employers can confirm it is genuine on ProInt.

How is a Talent Passport different from a CV?

A CV is self-reported and anyone can edit it. A Talent Passport shows which details have been verified — for example identity checks or employment confirmed by a previous employer — and can be checked for authenticity with its verification code.

How do employers verify a candidate’s credentials?

Open the candidate’s share link or scan the QR code. ProInt shows the passport with the verification status of each item. Employers using ProInt can also request document and reference access, which the candidate approves.

Who controls the data?

The candidate. Sharing is consent-based, every share link can be revoked, and the candidate chooses which details appear on the passport.

Does it cost anything for candidates?

Creating a candidate account and a Talent Passport on ProInt is free.
